Coffees of Honduras

Honduran coffees have been commercially available throughout the twentieth century, yet they have not received any special recognition despite sharing the same general locale and conditions as Honduras' more famous neighbors, Guatemala, Nicaragua and El Salvador. At least part of the reason for this neglect has been very poor infrastructure. With the growing Specialty coffee movement Honduran coffee are getting a fresh look. The best international quality-coffee search program, Cup of Excellence, has made the task far easier and greatly rewarding.
