All coffees are packaged in nitrogen flushed 12 oz bags within hours of roasting. We roast to order as much as humanly possible, and never ship coffee that's been roasted more than five days prior to your order date.

Our roasting days are Monday through Thursday. We do not roast on Fridays.
All orders placed before 7:00 am (Eastern Time) Monday through Thursday will be packed and shipped that day with the exception of limited roast orders.

Orders placed after 7:00 am Thursday and before 7:00 am Friday will ship if all coffees ordered are available.
Otherwise your full order will be shipped on the following Monday.
All orders placed after 7:00am (Eastern Time) will ship the next business day.

Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground Service.
Note: UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday, so please plan accordingly.
*Please note: Transit days start the first business day after your order is shipped.

P.O. Boxes and non-US addresses will be shipped via US Mail.
For our customers west of the Mississippi:
US Postal Service Priority Mail is also available as a shipping option. While not guaranteed, packages usually arrive to the west coast in three business days. US Postal Service packages are picked up at our facility the day after processing.

International Customers - Please note that additional charges may be incurred for Customs. All non-US addresses will be shipped via US Mail International Priority, unless otherwise specified. Actual shipping costs for international orders will be calculated upon processing. For accurate shipping charges, please visit the USPS.com website.
